Diego Gonzalez
MD, DABA, DABPM, MBA

Dr. Gonzalez is Board Certified in Pain Management and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pain Management. He is also Board Certified in Anesthesia and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesia. Dr Gonzalez attended medical school in Costa Rica at the Universidad Autonoma de Centro America, He completed his training and residency at Case Western Reserve University/MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr Gonzalez has been practicing Pain Management and Anesthesia services since 2004. Dr Gonzalez and his family have lived in Albuquerque since 2004.

Lauren Harris
MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Lauren Harris MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in family practice medicine. Lauren received a Bachelor of Science in nursing from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She then earned a Master of Science in nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota graduating top of her class. Lauren is an active member in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has received three Daisy Award nominations from her peers and patient family members. Lauren is exceptional at facilitating positive patient relationships with an extensive background in adult and geriatric care. Lauren was born and raised in Silver City, New Mexico and resides in Albuquerque with her husband, and dog, Pete.

Courtney Carabajal
NP

Courtney Carabajal is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with more than seven years of advanced practice experience and over a decade of nursing experience prior to becoming an NP. She is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care and building meaningful relationships with her patients. Born and raised in New Mexico since the age of seven, Courtney is proud to serve the community she calls home. Her commitment to helping others extends beyond her local practice through participation in medical mission trips, with her most recent mission taking her to Panama, where she provided care to underserved communities. Outside of medicine, Courtney’s greatest joy is her family. She and her husband are raising four wonderful children and share their home with five beloved dogs. She believes that balancing family, service, and a passion for healthcare allows her to bring empathy, dedication, and a personal touch to every patient encounter. Whether caring for patients at home or serving communities abroad, Courtney is committed to making a positive difference through compassionate, high-quality healthcare

Ryan Ward
PT, DPT, OCS

Ryan Ward is a licensed Physical Therapist originally from Missouri and a graduate of Southwest Baptist University (SBU). He recently earned his Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification, reflecting his commitment to providing the highest level of evidence-based orthopedic care. Ryan is passionate about helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy through individualized, patient-centered treatment.

Outside of the clinic, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, following sports, and playing golf whenever he has the chance. He is excited to serve the community and help patients achieve their goals.

Kelly Dana
PT

Kelly Dana is a licensed physical therapist with 14 years of experience, including 12 years in orthopedic care for adult and geriatric patients. She also has experience serving pediatric patients, giving her a broad clinical background across a wide range of diagnoses and conditions. Born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from New Mexico State University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of New Mexico. She now resides in Albuquerque with her husband and three children. Outside of work, her greatest joy is spending time with her husband and children, traveling with her family, exploring the outdoors, and supporting her children as they participate in sports.

Kelly is passionate about patient-centered care and committed to evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help her patients achieve their goals, restore function, and return to the activities they love most.
